CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

On July 26, 2024, our college conducted a capacity-building workshop on 'Life Skill development ' under the guidance of Principal Dr. Roy and Philosophy teacher Mrs.Meenu. The programme was anchored by Aneeta Das , which commenced with a welcome speech by Akshara. Kunjulekshmi introduced the resource person, Bindhu KK, a renowned consultant psychologist, yoga trainer, life skills trainer, and counseling faculty. Bindhu KK holds a PhD in Psychology, MA in Psychology, MSW, MEd, MSc in Yoga, and various diplomas, with training in CBT, DBT, and MLM. Dr. Bindhu was assisted by psychologist Bismina maam.
The workshop, held at the Sabarigiri College of Education's general hall, explored ten essential life skills:  Dr.Bindhu KK used engaging examples, activities, and videos to illustrate each skill. The session, divided into two parts (10:15 am- 1 pm and 2 pm - 3:30 pm), was informative, interactive, and enhanced our cognitive abilities.The programmes impact was significant, providing valuable insights and practical takeaways for our future lives. Akshara delivered the vote of thanks, and participants shared their feedback on the workshop's effectiveness. Overall, the workshop was extraordinary and a resounding success.

Our third day of Induction. We reached the school at 9.15am.  we signed our attendence register. On 2rd period I and Akshara BEd trainee got substitution in 7  Std. We gave an activity to students. They enjoyed alot. 3rd period i got a substitution in 8E class. I have an opertunity for  class management.On fifth period I and anjana BEd trainee got a Substitution in 6th class. On 6th period again we got a Substitution in 8D for class management.  7thperiod  i  got a substutin in 7D. All students are active. Some  student sing a song.The class was so calm and quiet. The bell rang at 3.30 pm and classes ended. We ran to ground for doing our duty. After duty ended  all  trainees singed  the register and leav the school at 4pm

23-09-2024 DAY 1 Today l reached the school at 9. 00am. Then l went to the headmaster room and signed the attendence register. Today the fourth period for me to take my concerned class. I entered class exactly at 11.50am.  I taught the new chapter money math. I  recall the previous class simple interest.After taking class ,l asked students feedback and given them follow up activity. The period was  ended at12.30pm.6th period in concern class i taught the continution of money math. The class ending at3.30pm. And we left school at3.40pm.   DAY 2 Today l reached the school at 9.10am. Then l went to the headmaster room and signed the attendence register  . Today was the seventh period for me to take the concerned class.1st period is alloted for 9A class.
