WORLD DRUG DAY

World Drug Day of Sabarigiri College of Education, Anchal was observed on 26 June 2024 at 10am in general hall. The programme was conducted by the Department of Physical Science in association with NSS Unit. The programme was named as 'Punarjani'. This World Drug Day is against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, or World Drug Day, is marked on 26 June every year, to strengthen action and cooperation in achieving the goal of a world free of drug abuse.The theme for World Drug Day 2024 is “The evidence is clear, invest in prevention”. The theme teaches countries the importance of understanding that effective drug policies need to be grounded in science, research, compassion, and full respect for human rights.
The programme started with NSS song by college choir team. Anchoring was the duty assigned to Nikhila, Welcome speech delivered by Parvathy.The programme was inaugurated by Dr.G.Roy Sir our college principal.Sruthi delivered the oath on drug abuse day.  Sreevidya gave a speech about drug abuse day.After that Navaneetha presented the poster and explain it. Then Aparna and Alka  present a slide for promoting awareness about drug abuse day.Then a video was presented by syam,about the harm of using drugs. Also he presented a video of street play conducted by our seniors.Finally Lekshmi  gave the vote of thanks on behalf of organisation team. Felicitation was delivered by Jaseena Miss, NSS programme officer.Then conducted a rally on this day at 12pm for spreading awareness in public about the downside of drug use.

Our third day of Induction. We reached the school at 9.15am.  we signed our attendence register. On 2rd period I and Akshara BEd trainee got substitution in 7  Std. We gave an activity to students. They enjoyed alot. 3rd period i got a substitution in 8E class. I have an opertunity for  class management.On fifth period I and anjana BEd trainee got a Substitution in 6th class. On 6th period again we got a Substitution in 8D for class management.  7thperiod  i  got a substutin in 7D. All students are active. Some  student sing a song.The class was so calm and quiet. The bell rang at 3.30 pm and classes ended. We ran to ground for doing our duty. After duty ended  all  trainees singed  the register and leav the school at 4pm

23-09-2024 DAY 1 Today l reached the school at 9. 00am. Then l went to the headmaster room and signed the attendence register. Today the fourth period for me to take my concerned class. I entered class exactly at 11.50am.  I taught the new chapter money math. I  recall the previous class simple interest.After taking class ,l asked students feedback and given them follow up activity. The period was  ended at12.30pm.6th period in concern class i taught the continution of money math. The class ending at3.30pm. And we left school at3.40pm.   DAY 2 Today l reached the school at 9.10am. Then l went to the headmaster room and signed the attendence register  . Today was the seventh period for me to take the concerned class.1st period is alloted for 9A class.
