Today November 21st , we conducted a capacity building programme and workshop in the general hall of Sabarigiri College of Education, Anchal.The workshop was started at 10:30 am till 1:45 pm.The Resource person of the programme was E. K. Jijan.He was
assistant professor in English and also president of KUETEF MOUNT TABOR training college, Pathanapuram.The programme was conducted under the guidance of Sreedevi miss , department of natural science and Shamla miss , department of english .The programme was anchored by Aparna and the programme was inaugurated by the jijan sir , teachers and student representatives.Sir spoke about the topic "leadership quality".
*The main qualities of a leader he discussed were ;
      °Self awareness
      °Communication skills
      °Empathy
      °Team work
      °Problem solving skill
      °Strategic planning or thinking
      °Work ethics and integrity
The above mentioned qualities are explained through through certain games which was really interesting and informative. For doing those games, he divided all the students into five groups. Then he gave different kind of games which explains the leadership qualities.He show some videos that are more informative to us. All the students and teachers are really enjoyed the session. At the end of the programme, he gave us a rate scale that was purposefully for us to know about the capacity of ourselves and what we are.He conducted such an auspicious session. We all say thankyou  to E. K.Jijan sir for his valuable time and coorperation.At the end of the programme, Sreedevi miss and Shamla miss togetherly jointed and gave a gift to the resource person.Vote of thanks was given by Lekshmi and the feedback about the programme was given by Salu, Thabitha and Sreevidya.

Our third day of Induction. We reached the school at 9.15am.  we signed our attendence register. On 2rd period I and Akshara BEd trainee got substitution in 7  Std. We gave an activity to students. They enjoyed alot. 3rd period i got a substitution in 8E class. I have an opertunity for  class management.On fifth period I and anjana BEd trainee got a Substitution in 6th class. On 6th period again we got a Substitution in 8D for class management.  7thperiod  i  got a substutin in 7D. All students are active. Some  student sing a song.The class was so calm and quiet. The bell rang at 3.30 pm and classes ended. We ran to ground for doing our duty. After duty ended  all  trainees singed  the register and leav the school at 4pm

23-09-2024 DAY 1 Today l reached the school at 9. 00am. Then l went to the headmaster room and signed the attendence register. Today the fourth period for me to take my concerned class. I entered class exactly at 11.50am.  I taught the new chapter money math. I  recall the previous class simple interest.After taking class ,l asked students feedback and given them follow up activity. The period was  ended at12.30pm.6th period in concern class i taught the continution of money math. The class ending at3.30pm. And we left school at3.40pm.   DAY 2 Today l reached the school at 9.10am. Then l went to the headmaster room and signed the attendence register  . Today was the seventh period for me to take the concerned class.1st period is alloted for 9A class.
